• Contracts will only be accepted if there is a concrete perspective for successfully fulfilling the contract, this is in the interest of all parties. For the benefit of mutual success, discretion is the basis of our business and we expect it from all parties involved.
• We value getting to know you or a company’s management and its philosophy in order to convincingly represent all parties. We will not recruit employees of our clients as potential candidates for other clients.
• Should a client terminate the candidates employment agreement due to their performance within the first six months, we are obligated to find a replacement with no additional cost to the client.
